Terms of Service

Use of Nyanko mo Issho (the "Service") requires agreement to these Terms. By using the Service you agree to be bound by them.

The Service uses AI to generate and deliver a new daily image of your cat from your uploaded reference photos.

Generated images are AI-created — they are not real photographs of your cat. Some differences from your cat in real life may occur.

• You are responsible for managing your own account
• One account per person is expected
• You may not transfer or share your account with others
• Notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized access

Upload only photos you took yourself or for which you hold the necessary rights, plus related memory photos.

The following are NOT permitted:

• Content infringing third parties' copyright, likeness, or privacy rights
• Sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Content violating any law
• Photos whose primary subject is not an animal (will not pass cat detection)

Violations may incur strikes (three strikes leads to suspension).

For privacy reasons, memory photos containing people (e.g., family members) may only be uploaded by paid-plan subscribers.

Before uploading, obtain consent from the people pictured. Such photos are used only within the explicit consent you give per photo ("show on home screen" and/or "use in generation").

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription. Plans and prices are shown on the Subscribe page.

• A 7-day free trial is included (payment details required at sign-up)
• You may cancel anytime. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the billing period
• For 30 days after that, your data stays restorable. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted
• Prices and plan contents may change with prior notice

The following are prohibited:

• Any unlawful conduct
• Infringement of third-party rights (copyright, likeness, privacy, reputation, etc.)
• Defamation, harassment, or discrimination in community features
• Attempts to circumvent moderation
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption
• Automated mass access or scraping
• Impersonation of others
• Use inconsistent with the Service's intended purpose

• You retain rights to photos you upload
• We use them only as needed to generate and deliver your daily image
• AI-generated images may be used by you for personal purposes and other uses consistent with the Service's intent
• Images published via community features become viewable and commentable by other community members

• The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
• AI-generated images are interpretations of your reference photos and may differ from your real cat
• AI behavior may change as upstream models change
• Delivery may be temporarily interrupted by network issues, third-party outages, or other unavoidable circumstances

We may suspend an account without prior notice if prohibited conduct is observed. Accounts that receive three strikes are suspended automatically.

You may appeal a suspension via the support form.

These Terms may be updated as needed. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email to your registered address.

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
